How buying works

Start with the coin you want and the amount you want to spend or receive. Compare the available payment methods and the quoted rate, then continue to the partner that handles the card or bank payment. The fee, the exchange rate and the expected crypto amount are shown before you commit, so there is no later surprise charge added by CoinKong.

Enter a receiving address you control and check it carefully. Crypto payments are not reversible once sent, and a mistyped address cannot be recovered by support. If an order needs extra verification, the partner will ask for it on their side.

Verification and limits

CoinKong does not run identity checks for a comparison, but fiat on ramps are regulated businesses and may ask for verification depending on the amount, country and payment method. Minimum and maximum order sizes come from the partner and can change, so the amount you see on the quote is the one that applies to that request.

Availability also depends on the payment method in your region. If a method is missing for your country, another partner on the same comparison may still be able to serve it.

After the payment

Once the payment is accepted, the partner sends the crypto to the address you provided. Confirmation time depends on the network and on the partner's own checks, and the order page shows the current stage. If a payment is declined, nothing is converted and no crypto is sent, so you can try a different method or a different partner.
