CoinKong is a non-custodial comparison layer. It shows live rates from multiple swap and fiat providers so you can pick a deal, then you complete the exchange with that provider, not with CoinKong. CoinKong never touches the coins.

Do you hold my funds?

No. CoinKong does not hold coins and does not run the swap itself. You send to the deposit address of the provider you chose, and that provider handles the exchange and the payout to your wallet.

Do I need an account or KYC with CoinKong?

No account and no KYC from CoinKong. The swap form works without signing up. Some buy and sell (fiat) providers may ask for verification on their side, depending on amount, country and method.

Which assets and networks are supported?

The list is built live from the providers, so if a pair shows a quote, at least one provider can route it right now. Some assets exist on several networks, such as USDT on TRON or on Ethereum, and the network you pick must match the wallet you send from.

The provider fee and the expected receive amount are shown before you confirm, so the number you commit to is the number you can hold the exchange to. Network fees are accounted for in the quoted receive amount.

How do float and fixed rates differ?

Float is set when your deposit arrives and is often slightly better, with small variance possible. Fixed locks the rate when you start, so you know the expected receive amount up front, and the order page shows a deposit window for it.
