How to read it

A provider marked healthy is answering quote requests normally. A provider reported as degraded can still appear in some comparisons, but a route through it may be slower or unavailable for particular pairs. A provider that is switched off altogether will not produce offers, and the comparison will show fewer cards rather than an invented replacement.

Provider problems are per provider and often per pair, so one route can be affected while others on the same page keep working. That is why CoinKong shows the offers that really came back instead of a fixed list of provider names.

• Unavailable routes are omitted rather than replaced with guesses

When a provider is degraded

If the provider you want is unavailable, you can pick another genuine offer on the same form, wait and refresh, or come back later. CoinKong does not route around a provider silently: the card you select is the route you get, and the deposit instructions always match that selection.

A status page is a snapshot, not a guarantee of settlement. Quotes are cached briefly and can expire, so the order page is the final word on the rate, the address and the deposit window for your swap.

Partial outages

A provider can be healthy for one pair and unavailable for another, so the status page is not a guarantee that a particular quote will appear. CoinKong asks for live offers on the pair you request and shows whatever came back. If a provider reports maintenance through its own API, that wording is passed through rather than replaced with a guess, and the other working offers on the form remain visible.
