Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use CoinKong to compare rates and start a swap, buy or sell. CoinKong is a non-custodial comparison interface, not an exchange, a broker or a wallet. The provider named on the offer you select is the counterparty for that order, and its own terms also apply.
Using the comparison
You may use the site to compare live quotes and start orders without creating an account. Quotes are short-lived snapshots produced by providers, not guarantees of a future price. A rate can change before your deposit arrives if you chose a floating rate, and a fixed rate is held only for the deposit window shown on the order page.
Offers are shown only when a provider returned them. CoinKong does not invent routes, does not silently switch you to a different provider and does not add a separate CoinKong charge at checkout.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the destination address, the network you send on, the exact deposit amount and any memo or destination tag shown. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed once broadcast. You are also responsible for checking that using the service is permitted where you live and for any tax reporting that applies to your swaps.
Keep the public CK order reference. It lets support locate an order without exposing an internal database identifier, and it is safe to share in a support conversation.
Availability and changes
Provider coverage, fees, limits and supported networks can change without notice because they are controlled by the providers. A provider can be degraded or switched off, in which case fewer offers appear. The full terms text is displayed in the app, and this static summary is provided so the page can be read without JavaScript.
Support and references
Support works from the public CK reference shown on the order page. That reference is deliberately opaque: it is not a database id, a route id or a wallet address, so sharing it in a support conversation does not expose internal records. CoinKong will never ask for a private key, a seed phrase or a signing credential, and no message from CoinKong will ask you to pre-fund a refund address.
